This delightful town house is located on the beach side, the development has two large pools and a children's pool, direct access from the garden to the beach and now the new promenade has been installed it is easier access to walk to the port of Estepona, lovely quiet location but a 12 minute walk to the nearest supermarkets and some restaurants, 20 minute walk to the port of Estepona.
The house has a large living room with a new open plan kitchen and guest toilet, fully air conditioned with hot and cold and you do have a very nice wood burner in the living room for those cozy evenings in the winter time, off the living room you have a nice sized patio area that leads to the communal garden and both pools, the patio area can be fenced in if you have a small child or a dog for more security.
The house consists of 3 large bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, two of the bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms and two of the bedrooms have nice terraces where you have sea views. The owner recently installed solar panels on the roof to help with the electric bills.
Underneath the house you have a large storage room that leads to your underground garage space, at the front of the house you also have off road parking for one more car and there is plenty of parking for guests in the street, these houses are well maintained and the gardens are delightful.
