Swimming pool, pool terrace and sunbathing area
The freeform swimming pool has roman steps to one end for easy access and is surrounded by a generous lawn area. There are plenty of sunbeds, some with parasols should you desire a touch of shade and the villa grounds are bordered creating privacy for your party. So sit back with a cool drink, and relax taking in your surrounding - what is there not to love?
Entrance
The main gates lead to a parking area are the side of the villa where there is a shaded car port for your hire car. There is ample space for 2 or 3 cars to park within the grounds.
Living space
The large living space is completely open plan with a combined lounge, dining area and kitchen area, which has a traditional Spanish country cottage ambience with wooden ceilings and shutters. The comfortable sofas provide ample seating with the dining table and chairs next to the kitchen for convenience when serving up a delicious meal. From the lounge, through the main villa entrance there is a covered terrace overlooking the pool and the garden, ideal for dining al fresco.
Kitchen
The kitchen has a bar-style counter, separating it from the dining area and the lounge. It is fully equipped to satisfy all your holiday cooking requirements.
Bedrooms and bathrooms
On a raised level past the lounge you will find the 3 bedrooms. There is 1 spacious double bedroom with en suite shower room and 2 comfortable twin bedrooms to the other side with a separate bathroom adjacent. The bedrooms carry on with the traditional country cottage theme with wooden and Spanish touches throughout.
